GENERAL INFORMATION: Our Business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m to 5p.m., with Saturday pick ups available upon request. We require your order to be placed 48 hours before your requested pick up.

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS: Prices may change without notice. To get the most accurate price for the product you are interested in, please contact us. If you do not have pre-approved credit, all orders require payment in full before the palms are loaded.

 

Terms are net due in 30 days to qualified credit customers. These terms are subject to change at our discretion.

INSPECTION: We encourage you to come out and select the trees you wish to purchase. Otherwise, we will choose the strongest trees of the size range you select. Shipping or transportation can be arranged.

GUARANTEE: Silver Strand Tree Farm will properly trim, measure, dig and wrap the trees selected and assist in loading the trees for transport. In all cases, trees cannot be returned after they have been accepted.
